Alfie is a yong boy who really needs a family that will love him forever. He is a little timid when your first meet him, but i think it is more because he hasnt had the right home yet.
He wont be ready to leave until after christmas due to our christmas adoption policy and also because Alfie has a lot of weight to put on before he can go to a new home. Although his pictures make him look a good size, under that mass of fluff are sticking out bony. Especially on his back.
Alfie was saved from been put to sleep as he was no longer wanted by a kind lady who then phoned Cookies Friends Family Rescue to ask if we could take him on. If it hadn't have been for this lady seeing him advertised Alfie might not be here today.
He is white and black, and the softest fur. He has a long fluffy coat and a bush of a tail.
He was a little unhappy about the dogs when he first arrived, but not he is happy to sit above there heads and tease them all day. He is great with children and so far has kissed ever cat he has seen. I have no doubt that he will make an amazing family pet.
As with all of our cats, Alfie will be re-homed as an in door cat only. He will be vaccinated, neutered, wormed and flead. We are currently working on micro chipping all of our rescues so he may be chipped to.

Little Girlie Vaccinated/spade/wormed/flead
Juel is a very beautiful little girl. She is three years old and we don't know to much about her as she was transferred by another rescue when they closed down. They advised she hid a lot as the other big cats were mean to her. But she has been a ray of life since she has been here. She is adventurous and loving and is happy to be picked up and hugged. She can be cautious of the other cats but is happy to mix with them.
She will make some one an amazing family pet.
As with all of our cats Juel is to be re-homed as an indoor only cat. She will be spayed/vaccinated/wormed and flead.

Mittens Female Cat.
Vaccinated/Spade/Wormed/Flead
White and black Fluffy beautiful lady.
Cookie's Friends Family Rescue (for pets) are trying to find a FOREVER home for beautiful Mittens. She is approx 2 years old. Far from an old lady. She will be spade, wormed, frontlined and vaccinated.
She is a kind loving and is so well behaved. She came to the rescue of her own free will when she realised there is always food out for the stray cats. But she needed a place to stay as she is far from a street cat. She was under weight and full of fleas. In fact the fleas were that bad that poor mittens had two baths just to clean her up. Obviously now she is flea free and so much happier. Mittens loves to sleep. In fact she will sleep most of the time, but its up to you if she sleeps on your lap or on a bed. She would be perfect for anybody. Even those at work as she would be happy to sleep the day away whilst you are hard at work and then reward you with love when you get home. She will get on with other cats but does enjoy the quiet life more so would be best on her own. She is happy to be loved by children.

Extra special Monty!! Have a peek, he needs an extra special home.
Do you want some one extra special to love?? Some one to give all your devotion to and get paid back in purrs and kiss's. Well them Monty could be the one for you.
Monty is Unique. He is an amazing 20 years old. He it a little tin but eating well to put on weight. His face does not tell the age of him at all. He is in amazing health for a 20 year old.
Sadly Monty is looking for a warm indoor home where he can retire and live out his life with love.
We don't know much about Monty as he was transferred from another rescue that closed down. But what we do know is he is kind and loving and willing to get on with other cats. Although you should be care full that younger cats dont bully him because of his age.
Its hard for a cat of 20 to find there right home, and even harder been of this grand age and not having any one to call your own, so please if you can offer Monty a forever home, do get in touch Cookiesfriends@hotmail.co.uk
Monty wont be able to leave here untill end of Jan or early Feb due to him not long arriving. However we are happy to have people view him and we are also happy to reserve him.

Long haired male. Vaccinated/neutered/wormed/flead
Cookies Friends Family Rescue (for pets) are proud to offer 'Paws' for adoption. Paws is a beautiful strong boy. He has long fur and he feels just like a teddy bear. He enjoys been loved and brushed by adults and children and doesn't even mind the dogs. He needs a home where he will be brushed in order to keep his fur from knotting up, but he does make a big effort to keep him self clean.
Paws was a lost or abandoned cat. He was found wondering the streets by a kind lady who offered him a place to stay. Sadly the dog of the house didn't like Paws and paws had to sleep in the shed for his own safety. Here he was fed and watered whilst the kind lady tried to find him a permanente home. Sadly things didn't progress as fast as Paws needed them to. The larger rescues were so over run that they couldn't find room for him and the kind lady looking after him was due an operation and wouldn't be able to look after Paws for much longer. Luckily the local vets told the lady about Cookies Friends Family Rescue. So far we have never said no to an animal and was happy to take Paws on. So here he is.
As with all of our cats, Paws is Neutered, vaccinated, wormed and flead.

Beautiful female Cat. Vaccinated/Neutered/wormed/flead in need of loving home.
Prits is a beautiful girl and only young at almost 3 years old. But her life is still be be lived. She is in need of an extremely special home where time and patience can be provided.
Prits was brought to the rescue with her mother who had been an abused kitten and had been rescued of the streets by there previous owner whilst pregnant with Prits. But her mothers fear of people rubbed of on Prits which can make her shy around new people. She is so loving, a head head butter and will keep you company beautifully once she knows you. She isn't bothered by children, although it may be best if she isn't surrounded by nose all the time. She is very content to sit alone during the day and sleep.
Prits should ideally be re-homed in to a home where love can be given often. Although she has come around so much since she has been here, she may still need more attention than the average cat just until she finds her place in your home.

Sweet female vaccinated/neutered/wormed/flead
Ruby is a stunning little girl. She is a little nervous, but this is quickly over come. We don't know much about her as she was transferred over from another rescue when they closed down. She mixes well with the other cats, and loves to be tickles on the head. She would make a purrrfect addition to any family.

All over ginger male. Vaccinted/neutered/wormed/flead
Sandy is a beautiful male ginger cat. He is big and strong and beautiful. Sadly Sandy has been an abused cat that is (at the moment) very worried.
It looks like Sandy has once been really loved kitty. He is a good weight and his fur is clean and soft. He has with out doubt been kept as an indoor cat.
Sadly Sandy's owner is mentally ill, and unfortunately for Sandy his mental anger turned on to him when he decided to try different ways to harm and hurt poor Sandy. These included been shut in doors and thrown on to busy roads to see what he and the drivers would do. He is with out doubt full of questions of why he could go from been so loved to so hated.
Luckily a career rescued Sandy from his owner and sent him to Cookies Friends Family Rescue to find the home he deserves.
Sandy feels threatened by other cats, but this is something i'm sure he will over come when he meets his new room mates. He will be in need of a loving forever home, where some patience can be given until Sandy can understand that you are there to love him and not hurt him.
I'm sure he will come on bundles whilst he is here, but his past should be taken in to consideration when looking to adopt him.
Sandy is three years old. He will be neutered, vaccinated, wormed and flead.
As with all of the cats at Cookies Friends Family Rescues Sandy is to be re-homed as an indoor cat only.

Beautiful 'Tiz' wormed/flead/vaccinated/spade
Tiz is a beautiful black and white female. She is just under three years old (Approx) and is full of love. She is a little nervous and need some extra love just to show her you mean her only love. Were not to sure how she came to be in need of a home as she was sent here when another shelter closed down. But she is the type of cat that deserves a forever home.
She is happy to mix with other cats, and she is also happy to be alone. She isn't bothered by dogs or children.
Tiz needs a forever home as who knows how many homes she has had in her short life. She just wants some where to call her own now. As with all of our cats Tiz will need to be re-homed to an indoor only home. She will be vaccinated, spade, wormed and flead.
