Bunty
Bunty -*Reserved*
Shelter: RSPCA Stafford Wolverhampton
Rescue Organisation: RSPCA

Hello I'm Bunty. I am a 3 month old dark tortoiseshell girl. I was abandoned and am now looking for a new loving home of my own. I can be adopted on my own or with any of the other young kittens at the branch who are looking for a home. At the moment I am living with Candice, Fineas and Ferb which is great fun. Could you be my forever family? If you think you could please contact my carers and ask about me. See you soon I hope, Bunty x

Bunty can be homed on her own or with other kittens as long as someone is home most of the day...we would ask that whilst young she is not left alone for more than 3 hours. If you are at work full time we would suggest a cat 6 months old or older.

We do not home kittens to households where children are under 5 years, as young children can sometimes be unintentionally 'heavy handed'. Any cat 6 months plus would be fine.

If you are interested in Bunty please contact RSPCA Stafford Wolverhampton and District on 07504 793931 or email rspcasw@aol.com

Paws
Paws
Shelter: Cookie's Friends Family rescue
Rescue Organisation: Cookie's Friends Family Rescue

Long haired male. Vaccinated/neutered/wormed/flead

Cookies Friends Family Rescue (for pets) are proud to offer 'Paws' for adoption. Paws is a beautiful strong boy. He has long fur and he feels just like a teddy bear. He enjoys been loved and brushed by adults and children and doesn't even mind the dogs. He  needs a home where he will be brushed in order to keep his fur from knotting up, but he does make a big effort to keep him self clean.

Paws was a lost or abandoned cat. He was found wondering the streets by a kind lady who offered him a place to stay. Sadly the dog of the house didn't like Paws and paws had to sleep in the shed for his own safety. Here he was fed and watered whilst the kind lady tried to find him a permanente home. Sadly things didn't progress as fast as Paws needed  them to. The larger rescues were so over run that they couldn't find room for him and the kind lady looking after him was due an operation and wouldn't be able to look after Paws for much longer. Luckily the local vets told the lady about Cookies Friends Family Rescue. So far we have never said no to an animal and was happy to take Paws on. So here he is.

As with all of our cats, Paws is Neutered, vaccinated, wormed and flead.

If you think you could offer Paws an indoor and forever home, please get in touch Cookiesfriends@hotmail.co.uk or to have  look at some more pictures of Paws and our other animals up for adoption visit www.myspace.com/Cookiesfriends

Please note that due to christmas Paws will not be ready to leave untill the end of January.

Juel
Juel
Shelter: Cookie's Friends Family rescue
Rescue Organisation: Cookie's Friends Family Rescue
Juel 3 year old female. Black with a white dash. Vaccinated/spade/wormed/flead
Juel is a very beautiful little girl. She is a lovely deep black colour with a spot of white on her neck (that is covered by her collar). She is three years old and we don't know to much about her as she was transferred by another rescue when they closed down. They advised she hid a lot as the other big cats were mean to her. But she has been a ray of life since she has been here. She is adventurous and loving and is happy to be picked up and hugged. She can be cautious of the other cats but is happy to mix with them and soon becomes great friends with any new cat additions.

She will make some one an amazing family pet.

As with all of our cats Juel is to be re-homed as an indoor only cat. She will be spayed/vaccinated/wormed and flead.

If you think you can offer beautiful Juel a loving forever home, please get in touch cookiesfriends@hotmail.co.uk

Tiz
Tiz
Shelter: Cookie's Friends Family rescue
Rescue Organisation: Cookie's Friends Family Rescue
Black and white female. 3 years old. Vaccinated/spade/wormed/flead
Tiz is a beautiful black and white female. She is just under three years old (Approx) and is full of love. She is a little nervous and need some extra love just to show her you mean her only love. Were not to sure how she came to be in need of a home as she was sent here when another shelter closed down. But she is the type of cat that deserves a forever home.

She is happy to mix with other cats, and she is also happy to be alone. She isn't bothered by dogs or and loves children. We often have children come and see the cats and Tiz always tries to hold them hostage to have extra love.

She has some funny quirky little habits which we all love. Things that really have to been found for yourself. But one is burying her nose in to beds to keep it warm.

Tiz needs a forever home as who knows how many homes she has had in her short life. She just wants some where to call her own now. As with all of our cats Tiz will need to be re-homed to an indoor only home. She will be vaccinated, spade, wormed and flead.

If you think you could offer Tiz a home please get in touch Cookiesfriends@hotmail.co.uk.

Black and ginger female 3 years old. vaccinated/spade/wormed/flead
Ruby is a stunning little girl. She is black with ginger bits all over, no photo does her justice, from head to tail is beautiful. She is a little nervous, but this is quickly over come and she loves to cry at you for a head rub every time you pass her. We don't know much about her as she was transferred over from another rescue when they closed down. She will mix with other cats, but may prefer a home where she can be the only cat. She would make a purrrfect addition to any family and is happy to be loved by children.

As with all of our cats Ruby is to be re-homed as an indoor cat only. She will be spayed/vaccinated/wormed and flead. If you think you can offer Ruby a forever home filled with love please get in touch cookiesfriends@hotmail.co.uk

Blitzen
Blitzen
Shelter: Cookie's Friends Family rescue
Rescue Organisation: Cookie's Friends Family Rescue
Black and white special boy. vaccinated/neutered/wormed/flead
Meet Blitzen. He is has his name due to him coming to us so close to christmas.

Blitzen would have lasted much longer on the streets. He was found under odd circumstances but ones that have paid off as he is now safe and been looked after.

He has extremely bad ears and quite possibly ear mites, so he's been started on his ear drops that will clean that right up. Sadly this has lost some or possible full hearing loss. This wont hold him back, especially as we only re-home the cats to in-door homes only. But it means he does sleep heavy :)

The mats in his fur were so bad i couldn't even cut my scissors through and there was no chance the clippers were going through as they were as hard as stone. So i've spent time slowly cutting them out right next to the skin, poor thing, and then shaved what i could. I've brushed some out as there were smaller but a lot of his coat has been removed.

Once the mats were out he was as thin as anything, In fact so thin that after his bath be had no energy to stand up and was falling all over the place like he was drunk. So i don't think he would have lasted more than another few nights on the streets. He's having small and regular small meals and is keeping them down quite well but desperately wants more. So he is having some kitten milk to help him.

He had a snuffly nose which was a result of been in the cold to long and very sore pads on his front feet as if he has been walking forever. He keeps debating which on to put on the floor.

He has the most beautiful eyes, blue and green and could be so big in size given time.

Blitzen wont be ready to go to his new home until into in February time as he has along way to go. But we think he will make 100% recovery and will make an amazing family member as he isn't bothered by children or dogs.

If you think Blitzen could be the kitty for you please get in touch with us at Cookiesfriends@hotmail.co.uk

Blitzen will be vaccinated, neutered wormed and flead and will need a forever indoor home.

Kee-Kee
Shelter: Cookie's Friends Family rescue
Rescue Organisation: Cookie's Friends Family Rescue

Tiny female, needs special home.

vaccinated. spade, wormed, flead

Kee-Kee is such a beautiful girl. She came to us after another shelter was closed down so sadly we do not know to much about her. She had a letter with her that just said she had been abused, but we don't know in what way etc. Its safe to say though that little kee-Kee is very very scared.

She is approx 1 1/2 year old and will be spade/vaccinated/wormed/flead but before she is even put up for adoption some rehabilitation is needed. Kee-Kee needs to know that not all humans are going to hurt her.

She is so beautiful, and so tiny and deserved the best chance at finding a home.

Mittens
Shelter: Cookie's Friends Family rescue
Rescue Organisation: Cookie's Friends Family Rescue
white and black female. 1 1/2 years old. spade, vaccinated, wormed and flead.
Cookie's Friends Family Rescue (for pets) are trying to find a FOREVER home for beautiful  Mittens. She is approx 1 1/2 years old. Far from an old lady. She will be spade, wormed, frontlined and vaccinated.

She is a kind loving and is so well behaved. She came to the rescue of her own free will when she realised there is always food out for the stray cats. But she needed a place to stay as she is far from a street cat. She was under weight and full of fleas. In fact the fleas were that bad that poor mittens had two baths just to clean her up. Obviously now she is flea free and so much happier. Mittens loves to sleep. In fact she will sleep most of the time, but its up to you if she sleeps on your lap or on a bed. She would be perfect for anybody. Even those at work as she would be happy to sleep the day away whilst you are hard at work and then reward you with love when you get home. She will get on with other cats but does enjoy the quiet life more so would be best on her own. She is happy to be loved by children.

If you can offer Mittens a loving home please email Cookiesfriends@hotmail.co.uk or for more information and photos on Mittens and our rescue please visit us at www.myspace.com/Cookiesfriends. There is a BLOG all about this beautiful girl and photos in our album.
Please remember that Mittens has already been abandoned once and is in need of a forever home with some one who will love her forever.
